How do i know which products are in stock?
All products shown on our online store are in stock unless the sizes are crossed out.
An item i want is sold out, will you be restocking it?
We recommend ordering your desired outfit right away to avoid missing out. We may repeat styles that are in exceptionally high demand, however only ever in a limited quantity to maintain exclusivity. We do not repeat sale items. We may receive some items back via returns, which will then be made available online – so keep an eye out!
Is it safe to shop online?
Of course. Our key priority is the safety and confidentiality of all our customers. Our e-Commerce system is used to ensure all transactions are 100% secure. Our use of Secure Sockets Technology (SSL) and other security measures are in place to provide safe use of the website at all times.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails can wind up in junk or spam folders. Try checking there first and adding us as a contact to avoid this! You can also check that your order has gone through by logging in and viewing the ‘My Account’ section.
What happens if I enter an incorrect email?
If you have entered your email address incorrectly when creating an account, you won’t receive a confirmation email and your login details will not be recognised next time you try to sign in.
